"Broker Ryan at this State Farm office is deceptive. I was switched to a GAINSCO policy just two weeks after starting a State Farm policy, because they suddenly claimed I was ineligible for State Farm coverage. I was pressured into unnecessary renter's insurance. Then, the GAINSCO quote I was given increased on the day the down payment was due. I don't understand why they give you a quote and then re-run it giving you a higher premium than they quoted you before - it should've been finalized upon being approved. This is deceptive and I believe it's a sales tactic and way of getting your money and a commission. Also be aware of brokers asking you to give them good reviews after 1 month's of coverage, they'll re-run your MVR and come up with some lame excuse and say it's in the underwriting's hands. This is also a sales tactic to get them to look good, get recognition and a commission. Beware of these scamming brokers and their deceptive sales tactics that leave you for dead in the end. Bait-and-switch tactics and a complete lack of transparency."

"Kenneth Smith (Ken) was fantastic—professional, attentive, and truly went the extra mile to help me. "I switched to State farm after finding out I was over paying for my car insurance. After setting up a meeting they were able to find me a policy that saved me so much money and gave me MORE coverage! I highly recommend going and talking to Danielle.
