He had to be extra patient as I was having interruptions with important calls and a serviceman who was working on my water meter( updating it). "My husband was trying to buy a new car and we didn't have proof of insurance yet because our policy had just renewed. I called and spoke with Ken Smith. My phone kept losing signal and making it difficult for Ken to hear me. I was getting very anxious about it, but Ken remained patient and professional. It took a while, but he was finally able to hear my need and immediately sent the needed email. If I had been in Ken's shoes, I probably would have just hung up, but he didn't, and I am very appreciative. I have had policies with this office for two years now. I have found that everyone in the office is nice, friendly, and professional. If they don't know an answer, they find it. Best insurance change I ever made."

"It was okay insurance at first, but they raised the rates every 6 months even though I've never had an accident or claim, but this last $105 rate hike was the final straw. I found a different insurer that's charging about what I was paying when I started with these guys years ago for the same coverage I have now. It's a shame that places like this take advantage of loyal customers."

"I knew State Farm when I was working for Farmers Insurance back in 2014. The majority of my friends have their auto insurance with State Farm and I have gotten very good feedback from them which made me decide to get my auto insurance from State Farm and looks like I have made the right decision. David Roberts was very helpful in getting me the insurance on the same day without any issues.
